Founded in April 2022, the Company is a subsidiary of Shenghong Holding Group. The Company is located in Lingang Industrial Park, Guanyun County, Lianyungang City, close to Shenghong Petrochemical Base and Yanwei Harbor Area, with convenient geographical location and transportation. With a planned land area of 207 hectares and a total investment of 15.8 billion yuan, the project is an important part of the new materials industry layout of Shenghong Group.

        Jiangsu Shengbang New Material is an integrated world-class aramid new material base that encompasses the research and development, production, and sales of aramid raw materials, aramid fibers, and aramid products.

        Shengbang New Material plans to complete the construction program in four phases within 2-3 years. The overall scale includes construction of annual production capacity of 80kt/a meta-phenylenediamine, 70kt/a phthalimide chloride aramid raw materials, and 50kt/a meta-, para-, and differentiated aramid fiber, and also developing, producing and selling high-end and high-value-added products such as aramid paper, aramid film and aramid honeycomb. The goal is to build one of the world's largest aramid material production bases.

        After the completion of all projects in Shengbang New Material industrial chain, it will form the most complete strategic emerging industrial chain cluster in China with the richest variety of filaments and the most complete downstream applications, with downstream application industries covering high-added-value and high-tech industries such as aviation, aerospace, high-speed rail, hydropower, nuclear industry, geology and mining, automotive, shipbuilding, sports equipment and construction, providing strong support for the industrial upgrading of the manufacturing industry in China.
