At 9:00 a.m. on March 5th, the Second Session of the 14th National People's Congress was held at the Great Hall of the People.

Miao Hangen, deputy to the National People's Congress and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shenghong Holding Group, attended the session and listened to the government work report delivered by Premier Li Qiang. He said that the government work report comprehensively and objectively summarized the achievements in 2023, defined the goals in 2024, and deployed effective measures. The ideas conveyed in the report is very encouraging and inspiring.

"The report emphasizes on private economy and private enterprises, which shows the state's care for private economy." Deputy Miao Hangen also expressed that Shenghong is a member of the big family of private economy. In the process of development, Shenghong has witnessed the growing support of party committees and governments at all levels to private enterprises, and the improving business environment. Private enterprises are well protected and escorted, and are able to run business at ease and in a down-to-earth manner. Shenghong shall lead the construction of the new energy and new materials industry system with scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the formation of new productivity, continue the pursuit of high-end, green and low-carbon, and digital intelligence, and strive to build a world-class enterprise for the new industrialization of China.
